Our Policies

Here are our current policies and guidelines on pricing, payment, service satisfaction and cancellations.

Pricing and Refunds :
 
Prices are listed on the pricing page. Special services are priced differently.
 
Customers often ask what my return policy is. I aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, I want to hear about it. Let me know if something is wrong and I will do what I can to make it right.
 
Unlike other photography services, I will work with you on price. If you feel like the service or quality of pictures are not up to what you think they should be (within reason) let me know and I will work with you on that, whether that be a make up session, free photos or a full refund.
 
I understand that any family function, party, birthday, wedding is hard enough let alone having to pay for the photography as well so if you feel that you did not receive the quality phots that you feel you should have, please let me know. We want to make your event forever memorable by giving you the best quaility photos possible.
 
Payments:
 
Payments are due on the day of agreement of the service.
we accept the folowing payment methods:
 
* PayPal
* Personal or business check
* Cash
* Money transfer directly into our wells fargo account
* Money order
* Cashiers check, must be verified first
 
Credit/debit charges are done through PayPal only

Cancellations
Kindred spirit understands that with all of the commmotion of any event there is a lot of cost that can be involved which is why we offer a payment plan, half now half later on the bigger bookings.
 
All services are to be paid upfront if the session is less than 2 hours. If the session is more than 2 hours, half of the session fees must be paid upfront, the rest will be paid within 2 weeks.
 
If you have pre booked us at least 30 days in advance we do require a 15 day cancellation notice. If you do not let us know that you wish to cancel you will be charged a $100.00 "no notice to terminate" fee and there will be a dispute taken against your paypal account if that is how you have paid.
